Walk Like A Tiger cannot accept responsibilty for loss or damage to returned goods while in transit. We therefore recommend using a trackable and insureable postal service.

If we've made a mistake with your order, or the shoes are faulty, we'll refund your return postage costs and, stock permitting, exchange the shoes free of charge. Where an exchange isn't possible, a full refund will be given.

If you've simply changed your mind, bought them by mistake, ordered the wrong size or taken to walking barefoot etc., we can still offer a refund or exchange providing they meet with the above conditions, but cannot refund your postage costs.

All replacements are subject to stock availability.
